I popped into tapi carpets after going to a few flooring providers and by far has been the best customer service yet. Scott made sure to go through all of the details of all the different carpets, what would be best and didn't fail to miss a detail. Will sure return to place an order! 5/5 service, thank you!

Worst company ever. Paid £900+ for flooring in the living room! Put down they did no survey of the floor. 5 months on and flooring is lifting! Called and was ignored the first 3 times until I went in to the store when they then booked me an appointment to come see it. They said my under floor was failing and I needed to get it sorted. So now I?ve got someone coming and the person from tapi who was suppose to come lift the floor up so I can show the flooring man what he?s on about hasn?t turned up to do it and ignoring phone calls. I?ve never known a company with such bad communication with their fitters and their customers. I?ve got a wonky floor because the manager at Andover tapi didn?t survey the floor and the fitter just put it down not even checking if it had been checked to see if it was Suitable. been pass d around all directions and pure lies from the company. Lee and Alan the fitter biggest cowboys you can find. Ended up having to take up the flooring my self and when they arranged to put it back down no body turned up. Now head office refusing refund. Taking to court AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst company and customer service I have ever encountered.We spent £1500 on new carpet in 2 bedrooms and our hallway. We went with the recommendations of the employee who came to our house with samples, to have a expensive higher pile luxurious carpet in both bedrooms and a lower pile carpet for the hallway.After not even a year the bedroom carpets are heavily worn and look terrible almost like the pile is matted. The hallway is like walking on concrete and looks horrendous also.I contacted Tapi carpets to explain that after 9 months the carpets look like they?ve been down 9 years and something needs to be done. The carpets come with Tapi?s 10 year wear guarantee. That isn?t worth the paper it?s written on, they sent out a so called independent inspection company who has terrible reviews for being bias to have a look and determined the wear was normal.Also when the inspection took place it was pointed out that one of the corners of our hallway the floorboard had been smashed to pieces. Quite clearly when the carpet grippers were installed by these cowboys, Tapi also have no interest in rectifying this issue where it can?t be proven it was them. I unsure how this damage could possibly occur any other way.Avoid at all costs, terrible quality carpet with the shocking customer service to match.

Terrible service! Came and fitted carpet and the staircase run was cut too short leaving gaps at either end. Called at first told I would get a call back from the manager. Did I? Nope! Called again same thing. Went to the shop the ?guy? was on holiday was going to get a call back, I didn?t. Emailed this time with photos also showing the gap on the landing where it had been filled with cuttings (the guy in the shop also said it was bad) then I finally got my call! Woohoo! They arranged an appointment to come and see and assess what would be the remedy. Did they show? Course not! Absolute waste of time!!! I strongly advise no one use this branch, they are a joke! In hindsight should of spent £500 more and gone local! I?m still here if you fancy fixing your issues!

Excellent service from start to finish. Both Lee and Dean very professional within the store - sorting the Carpet, underlay and fitting. The two fitters completed a great job!! Would highly recommend, very happy customer ? Thanks guys

I have just spoken to TAPI Carpets Andover where the store person has just shouted at me over the phone. They are liars who firstly charged me for an uplift on my invoice which was not agreed or needed and now today they have lied again about me having a conversation with a fitter. Also they said they would call me, 3 times I have called today. We are now contacting James Sturrock the Managing Director. I am in floods of tears writing this. Appalling service.

Poor service ,someone came to do measurements without right samples went to get sample only to get a phone call it is going to be expensive. Refered somewhere to get carpet removed. I tried to ask for quatation got nothing. Happy to go somewhere else.

Issues with flooring that warped. Manager and fitters failed to attend despite bookings. Made assurances to help rectify issue, but later withdrew any help but couldnt explain why. No customer support after the sale!

As soon as we walked in the door we were treated well, The Sales advisor Dean was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to choose the best underlay for us. Very very friendly and even helped carry the underlay to the car. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Will definitely shop here again.

My husband and I went to the Andover store today just to get a small backdoor carpet, not knowing we had to make an appointment due to covid. However the staff were very accommodating and helpful and still helped us out regardless would highly recommend!!
