The Pharmasict Man and Women were both super helpful and kind. It was my first time using a private prescription so I was a bit worried (im 17 and haven't collected a prescription from anywhere other than the doctors chemist before ) but the Man had it verified for me and I got my prescription within a couple hours on the same day. I wish I knew these two people's names they were both so sweet and made me feel really welcome

Staff are super slow. Medication not made up correctly or in a reasonably timely manner. This may just be my experience.

Tried to speak to the pharmacists about chest pain and it was extremely obvious neither were listening to me or gave a damn about what i was saying. Extremely disappointing when you are encouraged to see them about this sort of stuff instead of a doctor

The shop itself is very good, plenty of stock & has most things. However the pharmacist side is awful, poor service, the assistant wasn't interested in trying to get hold of or order the prescription that they didn't have in stock!!

Great access and choice and queues are normally short. Lots of choice with various stock. Pharmacy staff are polite and helpful and I now make it my go to pharmacy after bad experiences with Boots pharmacy staff.

It is a drag to take time out of your busy working life to collect your medicines. Then I arrive, on my day off, to be told that the entire pharmacy is shut for lunch. Everyone has to go to lunch at the same time? There's no mention on the website that it's shut.

Absolutely awful, shopped today 280223 for over the counter medication at pharmacy desk l was totally ignored by staff for almost 15 mins, how is it possible to treat customers so contemptuous, I guess the answer is "plenty of practice"

Great shop in general, but the pharmacy needs some serious staff in there ,seem to stand there ages just lately waiting for someone to notice your stood there ,then they struggle to find your prescription
