More food places than anything, can't really do anything like Christmas shopping here. Only 'normal' shops are a card shop and two clothing shops and a toy shop and a shoe shop. Everything else is food based. Needs more variation.

Saint James is a good retail park,but it needs a few more clothing stores,Great for parking.
