Got a pair of trainers for £125 got them home to find one trainer is bent out of shape at the top on the trainer staff tried disputing it saying they are manufactured this way when they are not also the other trainer has small holes in the sole of the trainer tried getting them switched only for them to say they don?t have any and I will have to keep trying untill they are back in stock didn?t take a contact number to let me know when they are restocking the trainers all trainers should be quality checked before boxing up and staff shouldn?t be making me feel awkward asking for a exchange

Really bad store. They are trying to use any excuse to refuse the refund of the shoe. By the way, the store manager and the staff (Cameron and James) had very bad attitude on me and did not treat me as a customer (I think they were treating me as an enemy)

A very poor experience, I was served by a manager today 02/01 (looked around 45) with really poor customer service skills. Just made me feel like he didn't want to help at all. I bought a pair of trainers, but won't be going back.

We went to The Andover Sports direct around4pm today ,we were extremely disappointed with a bearded Indian staff member who was very rude to us without any reason, I asked him if there are any Medium size Nike hoodies,he replied in a very rude manner,there?s nothing left,that?s all we have and kept moaning about how customers leaves hangers behind,he had no sense of customer service,we were very close to leave our shopping behind because of this guy?s disgusting behaviour but the young lady there was quite friendly and pleasant so we still bought few stuffs and I did mentioned to her of his rude behaviour.This type of lazy and unhygienic rude person should not be working in a shop, i would not recommend anybody to go and shop there when he is there.very bad experience .i would not go back there ever again just because of this arrogant staff member.

In store Manager who supposedly has "special training" in running shoes and spouts company refund guildlines that are not in line with consumer law . The managers faulty products procedure....using his hand as his only knowledge and tool to decide if it is faulty do not stand up.Finding out that manager discretion is the only guidline this store follows I took my faulty item with me and will take this to small claims. SD sell products at a reduced rate that don't make the cut for the labelled names. Thankful it was my 1st and last time buying from this store and company.
