Placed an order for delivery for 3 people. Order was delivered and a meal was missing. Called them up and was told the missing meal would be with us in 15 mins. 30 mins later and still waiting. Called back again. Told it had just been sent out, we are busy.Managing a customers expectations goes a long way to putting things right.Bit of an attitude in the tone of voice also.Like they say, if you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen.The missing meal finally arrived 45 mins after it was reported missing. Considering the partial order was delivered 50 mins after ordering. 1 hour and 35mins in total!Very poor serviceAlready back to update the replacement meal was shocking.Fish was overcooked and the box was sodden with grease.Expensive and worthless

One of the best Fish and chips in Andover. The chips are plentiful, the batter is crispy and not greasy, and in large portions.Quite small and everyone crowds the door/till area.Worth a Friday night visit for

Waited an hour and a half for a deliver placed at 17:30. Food arrived luke warm & no drinks delivered. Kids meal includes a drink but no replacement delivered. Delivery driver didn?t care as he wasn?t given drinks by the store. Ring the store to be told they?ve run out of drinks and 50p can be refunded via card ?if I?d like?? Where is the courteousness of just supplying another drink as replacement as that was the order? Or, why not ring the customer to ask for an alternative as you don?t have what has been ordered? Not great service or a great way to retain customers if you cannot fulfil orders correctly

Wanted some quick and easy, found this fish & chip restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was the best I have tried. I was really impressed. And the cost was reasonable too.

We had an issue with our order. I phoned up and within 10 minutes someone arrived with the food we were missing. Great service.
