Just been to get our groceries and having filled our trolly we got to the front of the store and there was not a single staffed till. We had to unpack each item at self scan which took 10 minutes. As a disabled customer with limited mobility I found it totally draining. I would have put everything back but would then have had to go shopping again elsewhere. It is only 7pm on a Saturday and there were 2 staff on the cigarette counter but only 1 person covering all of the other tills. I won?t be returning. I appreciate shops need to keep costs down but if they want to keep customers then there needs to be customer service. The two staff on the shop floor were so friendly but the lack of any staffed checkout left me isolated and drained.
