Came In this evening for a meal and ordered the Mac and Cheese and it was the worst Mac and cheese I've ever had! There was 2 of us that ordered it on our table and we both sent it back as was not happy with it so greeey and bo taste at all.

We had a lovely meal on a Sunday evening, the food was fantastic and allergies were taken very seriously. Our waitress Mia was excellent and so friendly.
The only reason why I didn't leave a 5 stat review was because the toilets were filthy.
Dietary restrictions: They take gluten allergy very seriously.

The welcome, food, atmosphere and location. Great place for a date night or cinema visit as well as a lunch stop when shopping.

Took my boy Theo out for dinner for his fourth birthday. Heavenlee was a wonderful waitress, the food was fantastic, and honestly I will be returning at some point. Fantastic job guys, thankyou for making my little boys birthday just that bit more special.

We went for a family meal a few days before Christmas and the experience was delightful. We were served by Heavenlee who was a star throughout and gave us the best service. We will definitely be returning

We had a lovely meal and the service that has been provided to us was great. I didn?t get a name but a young lady with two braids served us tonight and I was really impressed by her customer service. I will definitely come back soon.

Headed here with the family (partner, 2 small kids and a teenager).
Prices are just too high. I don't mind paying good money for great food but this was only pizza. Total bill was around £90 and we skipped starters AND dessert opting just for two orders of doughballs (one of which was free). Had we decided to have starters and desserts this wok have likely approached a £150 meal which is insane for what it is.
The pizza in fairness was ok but not outstanding.

Always good food, friendly staff and service. When busy can sometimes be a little slower. But not a huge issue. I?ve never had a bad meal here.

We had a booking for 18:45, we weren?t seated at a table after waiting in the cold until around 19:00. Then, after waiting for an hour and a half after we ordered our food we were told our starters weren?t even in the oven yet. We left immediately. The only good thing about the experience was the colouring pens and the children?s menu.

We had a lovely evening here for my husband?s birthday in October. The staff even brought a surprise slice of chocolate cake to the table after dinner, which was so kind of them and made the occasion very special. Special thanks to Fabio and Jodie (I think it?s Jodie, apologies if name wrong!) who served us so perfectly. What a great bunch of staff! Also had some great kids Halloween activities to colour in and then stick on the wall.
Pizza Express Andover has fast become our ?go-to? destination for a family meal out. My son has a couple of serious food allergies and the staff are always SO amazing with this (trust me, it?s not the same in other chain restaurants!). Also, in general Pizza express allergy labelling is fantastic and well laid out so we know exactly what to choose. We will continue to return due to the level of care and attention taken. Thank you ??

We went into an almost empty restaurant just after 6.30pm, asked if we had booked a table and then told to come back at 7. There were at least 12 empty tables! We did not return.
