I telephoned yesterday having had problems with viewing my online account and I felt I was going crazy! However, Anna answered all my concerns in a very positive way, she was most helpful giving me relevant telephone numbers to call to sort out the issues I have. I am going to call them soon so ???I am also going to pay in a small amount online to my account as a ?tester? to ensure it is all correct and will call NBS in a day or so to confirm, then I will increase that amount.
