Probably one of the worst customer experiences I?ve had in a bank. Rude, frustrating and frankly the way my 80 year old Father was dealt with was shocking. I hope for the banking industry that the gentleman I spoke to doesn?t see his current job as a long term career option as he would be better suited not dealing with people, ever, in any capacity.

Such a dated way to bank. Had an account for 13 years but now preference my Monzo account. I only keep my Natwest account going because it keeps my credit score high because of the age of my account. Once I have got a mortgage I will be parting ways with Natwest.

I very rarely leave reviews, but the customer service and general attitude at this branch is shocking. Avoid if at all possible.

Severely understaffed. Looking for a brief transaction that had taken more than an hour to complete. Unfortunately, I had to come in person to resolve the issue as online help desk could not help me. Big ask apparently to help me here in person too.
