Very nice shop. You can buy everything you need for camping there. Today I did some quick shopping and I will definitely come back there. Very nice service. I asked if I can park my bike near the shop? There was no problem. Everything I bought is of very good quality so I will come back again for my next shopping.

Please note this is for an online purchase, not this physical store.This has been a very poor experience purchasing from Millets online (owned by JD Sports). Customer Care have refused to take responsibility for a warehouse error, delivering the wrong goods. They want them returned for a refund, I then have to re-order the correct goods. Avoid at all costs

Went down the shop afterwork yesterday (21/11/22) at 4:30 to find the store closed, although Internet listed open until 6 and said on door open until 5:30, was not happy with this at all, complete waste of time and money so will order online off one of your competitors instead

Purchase a pair of walking boots from the Andover store. Staff were very helpful in assisting me in deciding what pair would suit my needs. Staff member 2/3 (Charlie) recommended the Merrell MOAB 2 LTR MID GTX for my requirements. The boots were a perfect fit and were still comfortable after a long hike especially over rough ground. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the politeness, knowledge and the service provided by the Andover staff. I will recommend Millets and will continue to visit the Andover store.

Team in Andover are always really approachable and keen to help. Recently I had an issue with an order and Charlie in-store was extremely patient and helpful in getting the problem resolved for me. Super grateful. Would recommend
