I wanted to find an expert to replace our loft insulation rather than someone who did it as a sideline. These guys certainly fitted the bill! Tom responded promptly and arranged a date for a survey. He offered sound advice and we selected a convenient date for installation. The team took 4 hours to strip all the old insulation out, remove old boarding, fit new insulation, add downlighting covers, draft strip to the hatch surround and installed ventilation wedges. They also cleared up very well. We would definitely recommend them and were impressed by their workmanship.

Tom's company were great from start to finish. Clear and efficient communication throughout. On the day, the team were great. Arrived promptly, were courteous and quiet throughout the job, and dealt with any mess arising from the work. They've done a great job cleaning the loft of polystyrene chips my father had laid years ago. Would recommend this company.

Tom and his team did a great job removing the old boards and insulation and replacing with the current recommended standard insulation & new boarding in our loft. They also installed a new ladder and insulated hatch door. The team were polite, efficient, clean and tidy throughout. Tom especially had excellent customer service from start to finish - explaining his custom boarding system and installation process clearly and answering any questions we had. He also kept us informed of progress throughout the job, adapting the boarding to our requirements and loft layout. We would like to thank Tom and his team for carrying out an excellent job of removing the old insulation , hoovering out the loft space and installing the new insulation.
The team arrived, on time, and the first job was to cover all the carpets with protection and on completion of the work the protection was removed and all carpets was hoovered.

Had some mould issues due to boarding and blocked ventilation by a previous installer. Tom gave sound advice and range of options. They then provided a quick and efficient installation. Excellent work.

From a very detailed quote to completion Tom and his team were brilliant. They kept us informed every step of the way and we received before and after photos. Once they were gone you would not know there had been four men in the place.
The difference in the room temperatures is very noticeable.

Tom and his team were excellent - we saw his van on a neighbour?s drive, contacted him and a quote was provided without delay. We are delighted with the work - great pains were taken to protect our floors and carpets from any dust and debris. We opted for removal of existing 30 year old insulation and a full replacement to current standards. The old stuff was bagged and removed cleanly, and everywhere was left spotless. We also requested that the boarded area of the loft be covered in plastic-encapsulated insulation, which can be turned back for easy access. (See photo). Nothing was too much trouble and we are happy to recommend Tom and his team.

Brilliant job from start to finish!
Tom clearly explained the various options, pros and cons, provided a detailed quote and his team completed the work exactly as planned.
They removed the dodgy foam insulation that I should never have had installed (plus all the rubble from the lath and plaster ceiling that the foam people had pulled down), removed the old insulation and boarding, installed fresh modern material and new boards, fitted a loft hatch and ladder and left the place cleaner than when they arrived!!
All round great service.
