A busy store. Layout is not the best, or it may be that I am just used to.other branches as I found myself going back and forth to find items. I wish Lidl would drop the voucher schemes, I appreciate its Thier way of trying to bring custom, but for me it just makes me shop elsewhere as the offers are very often not available or the wrong bar code so don't get the discounts. Other supermarkets just put the offers on the shelf, with or without membership benefits, much better. Aldi still beat on pricing on a number of items as well. Overall not a bad store but not as good an experience as it used to be before Lidl plus.

This Lidl needs to invest in staff; the disproportionate waiting time to pay is not normal. They need to open more checkouts.

i saw 4 lidl workers extremely aggressively approach 4 young boys threatening them and trying to intimidate them and pushing them out the store

Standing in the queue with my dohnuts and 4 lidl worker men extremely and aggressively approached snatching my food off me proceeding to kick me out even though i had been standing there just waiting to pay cant believe this type of behaviour from my local shops now i have to back to collage without food.

Great customer service in this lidl, never wait long in the queues and the shelves are always fully stocked. love it ?

Wide range of customers shop here, really busy for students from the local college and school during the day, mixed with elderly and other town folk going about their shop.
Never seem to see many staff but those there are always working hard, would definitely benefit from self check outs during morning rush and for those with only bakery items which seems extremely popular here.
