One of the Worst KFC Experiences - Extremely Disappointed I had an awful experience at the KFC Andover, Hampshire UK (Northern Avenue) branch on 18/04/2025. I placed a £30.98 drive-thru order, only to find it incomplete and poorly prepared when I got home. Missing items (only 8 mini fillets and hot wings instead of 10 of each) Opened coleslaw - serious food safety concern Cold, greasy chicken with barely any edible meat Soggy, cold fries The food was inedible and a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, customer service was shockingly poor. After reaching out, I was offered just a £12 voucher and received copy-paste responses from their Care Squad, showing no real interest in resolving the issue properly. Totally unacceptable for a national chain. I expected far better. I've now had to escalate the complaint further. Avoid this branch - and think twice before trusting their customer care to do the right thing.

Food delivery missed a bottle of Pepsi. I immediately reported the issue as the driver informed me that it wasn't his problem, and KFC have refused to acknowledge their error even though the delivery was caught on my Ring doorbell. Won't be ordering from KFC again. Very poor.

What an absolute shower! The staff basically acted like they didn't want to be there, and one server had very little grasp of the English Language!

I recently visited KFC, and unfortunately, it was a pretty frustrating experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the wait time felt like it went on forever. I understand that sometimes things can get backed up, but it seemed like there was no urgency at all. I watched several other customers, including myself, checking our watches, and wondering when we?d finally get our food.
Once the meal finally arrived, it was hot and fresh, which was the saving grace. But, honestly, the long wait really took away from the experience. I?m not sure if it was just a bad day or if it?s typical for this location, but it was definitely not the quick and efficient service I?ve come to expect from KFC.
I hope they can sort out the delays because, at the end of the day, the food was tasty as always!

My children and my friend and her kids had kfc yesterday 4th November and all had food poisoning from there. My 7 year old daughter and 15 year old son was up all night with severe vomiting and stomach cramps and all day today. My mother phoned kfc andover up and was spoken to very rudely and the woman on the phone refused to let her talk to her manager so My mum called kfc headquarters and was told they would get management to call her back today and took it seriously because it involved children. They didn't call her back so she phoned again and had a man answer who refused to give her his name and laughed at her and when she said she's taking the left over chicken to human resources his response was "so what do I care" .
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and if I was kfc I would be ashamed to have that sort of staff working for them. I am following threw with my complaint and taking the chicken to human resources. As a mother its awful watching your children be ill from something they shouldn't of got ill from.

Awful customer service, no communication what so ever. All in a group having a conversation not even doing what they are payed for! Rubbish on majority of the tables. Was not a pleasant experience to say the least!

Store collection was around 11:30am. Chicken was dry and probably the leftovers from the day before and then reheated absolutely disgusting. Stay clear of this place

I have just ordered a meal for delivery through Just eat app. The order took a long time to arrive, it's all stone cold and is missing the fries from my order. Quality control is clearly missing and orders are not being thoroughly checked before being bagged. Poor poor service.
