Visited IN'N'OUT Autocenter in Andover today.Rang up and managed to book a last minute MOT, the team managed to square me away with an appointment within 2 days of the initial call. The team was polite and offered free coffee while I waited.In just over an hour the MOT was complete and I'm more than happy with the quality of the service.From myself thankyou very much.

Had my MOT and full service completed here, I highly recommend this garage. I asked them to change my two front tyres and they sorted out a miscommunication, finding me better valued tyres at the same price. Very professional, helpful and I will be returning. Thank you again ?

The team here are ignorant, manipulative and lie they don?t communicate and caused more damage to our car than good. They make it out as if everything is fine but only to be bad news. They blag about the hard work and Labour they put in and to try make you feel guilty when actually they take the mick and leave it all to last minute. They also try charge you more than what it?s actual worth is via £100 or £200. Since the new staff come in the work quality and efficacy has gone down hill drastically.

Had an interim service yesterday and some repairs needed to be done. Very friendly service with great communication when doing the repairs and can't fault the result of the repairs either. Overall, very happy with the process from start to finish and would happily recommend to anyone.

Andover Branch. Took my for MOT and service last year, got home and found that the oil filler cap had been left off so oil had gone all over the engine bay. I took it back and they cleaned it up and apologised.Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I took it back this year for an MOT and service and guess what? Exactly the same thing happened, only this time I checked before I drove the car away. Oil all over the engine bay again. Shows whoever did it isn?t checking the engine for leaks after changing the oil- a basic check for a mechanic.Avoid, or be a qualified mechanic so you can check your car over after it?s been worked on here.

Discovered we had a flat tyre on our way from Bath to Norwich. Googled a local garage and within half an hour of discovering the puncture we were back on the road. Super reasonable price and helpful, professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
