It stalled 3 times while we were in there! Took pushing another car to get it going again! Wash and wax were ok. But that the entire car wash itself stalled like that. Very unnerving!!! Get it sorted guys!!

Thank you so much to the owner of the Andover car wash. Our car broke down T the traffic light on Wednesday 17th July. The gentleman was so kind. He brought us bottles of water and wouldn't take payment for them. He then kept checking on us while we waited for 3 hours for the AA to arrive. A true angel. The world would be a so much better place with more lovely people like him.

The car was dirty. Now it's clean.
When a wrong setting was used (eco wash vs eco wash plus) the staff refunded the difference once they did a quick investigation of where in their process things went wrong (it was an honest human error). I tried to hand the refund back as a tip, but they didn't want to have it because they said they had made the mistake and wanted to be sure my visit didn't disappoint. Good on them.
Other times, I've also had valet done, and it's always been first class.
Their Android app is okay but a fiddle: I always have to retype credit card info. There is not really much incentive to use it as I've only seen deals in it for their most expensive washes, which I never bother with.

Good customer service but some time's the the vehicle's don't come up properly washed... Over all not worth the £20 ?
