I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to H Samuel in Andover. The lady I had the pleasure of speaking with?unfortunately, her name slipped my mind?possibly the manager, provided a remarkably honest and professional service. Despite the substantial nature of my transaction, there was a delightful touch of traditional customer service, reminiscent of the good old days when being served was a genuine pleasure. The warm greeting left an impeccable impression, and I am certainly eager to return, perhaps for an even more significant purchase.

Went in for some advice on cleaning and repair of some watches and men's jewellery. Ann and Sandy were very professional and took the time to talk me through everything and give me the information I needed, wonderful customer service and a very enjoyable visit. Shout out also to Luke for being so helpful in fitting my new watch strap.

Wonderful experience with the HSamuel staff in Andover. I had a faulty ring that had been replaced, but the replacement was then faulty. They were very helpful, friendly and gave me wonderful customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.
