I bought a watch here that was on sale, and couldn?t be beaten on price. And believe me I researched everywhere! I decided to have the watch delivered to this store in Worcester while visiting. It arrived a day early and the staff were super friendly and nice.

I would just like to compliment H Samuels on their staff - the two ladies that served me (Sandy and Di) were so helpful & went out of their way to help me. I desperately needed my ring resizing before my daughters wedding and they went above and beyond to help me get it sorted. Collected my ring today and it's perfect. Thank you.

Fantastic customer service today in Andover. Sandie & her colleague were very helpful, patient, kind & professional. Lovely working relationship and nothing was too much trouble. (They were seamless!) I was using a gift card from my late Brother so as far as they knew I wasn?t even spending any money. Due to their knowledge & attitude I spent a decent amount of money on top & have come away happy & content with my purchases. (Which is very impressive haha) Thank you ladies. I hope they are recognised and receive a nice Christmas bonus for their care of your store & fact that they are most def retaining customers I'm sure as I will be one.

Purchased a Garmin watch from them after they had stock issues online and I was told going in to store would be better. The staff were very polite and friendly. Will definitely use them again and they are very well priced.

Took a trip over to Andover to look for a new watch, having seen Bulova watches on H Samuel website. Was very disappointed to discover not stocked in stores yet, however the service in the store was amazing and the staff were very knowledgeable. The lovely lad was so helpful, I'm so sorry I didn't buy from him today, however I definitely learned the difference in quality etc of the brands on offer, its made me more certain of what I'm looking for in a watch now..... and I'm still 99% sure it's a Bulova I want.

The experience was the best. I met one of the customer care receptionist there her name is Sandie. She gave me a full course of my watch( I bought the G Shock GA-B100) . It was my first experience possibly buying a watch that expensive for myself but with the help of Sandie I fell in love with the watch before I wore it. I had 6 options at first but Sandie dis explain to me all I needed to know. I highly recommend Andover H Samuel. My experience and the service being warm as it was has made me value my watch and the experience. I would still come from far away to buy from them.

I went in for a last minute father's day present and even right at the end of the day I was met with brilliant service by ilias who serves me. He spent time with me going through what I was looking for, after other shops had rushed me, because it was nearly closing time. Amazing setvice and I was very happy with my purchase also.

Bought earings for my wife and a nice citizens watch for my self in the sale. The two ladies working were super and very helpful. They even straightened my ring for me which was misshapen from a DIY incident.they are credit to your company and highly reccomend there great service.
