I bought a watch here that was on sale, and couldn’t be beaten on price. And believe me I researched everywhere! I decided to have the watch delivered to this store in Worcester while visiting. It arrived a day early and the staff were super friendly and nice.

I would just like to compliment H Samuels on their staff - the two ladies that served me (Sandy and Di) were so helpful & went out of their way to help me. I desperately needed my ring resizing before my daughters wedding and they went above and beyond to help me get it sorted. Collected my ring today and it's perfect....
