I had previously contacted this business, in connection with the intended purchase of some 'Invictus' flooring, back in July. They didn't seem that interested. In the end I purchased from a really friendly place in Reading, who offered a far better price and much faster delivery.\\n\\nToday, I decided to contact 'Flooring and Ceramics' with a view to buying some 'Invictus' scotia for a separate job - as well as a large number of other items - mainly because they are quite local to me. The woman who answered the telephone had absolutely no interest whatsoever and suggested that I \\\"contact the place from which I had bought the flooring and get the scotia from them\\\".\\n\\nObviously so \\\"massively overloaded with a huge backlog of customer orders due to their stellar service that they could afford to not bother with my 'small' order\\\". Well, bad mistake actually, as I was going to enquire about well over £1,000 of other items in addition to the scotia. I decided not to impose the 'additional stress' of placing a large order with them, so did not bother going on to mention the other items. That (including the scotia) has all been sorted-out elsewhere with another business which actually values customers...\\n\\nAbsolutely no idea where the ***** reviews for this place came from; possible deeply masochistic customers who are accustomed to this type of 'customer service'. Well, I am not - and have marked this place as 'do not contact under any circumstances' and advised colleagues of my experience to assist their choice of potential supplier for work jobs.

We had a damp issue so had to uplift and then replace our floor. We have used Kate and Steve for years now with our flooring and they have always done nothing short of a grand professional job. They are always polite professional, on time and have very high standards. This was a pleasure from start to finish as always and nothings too much trouble for them to get the look they know you want. My Partner and I would like to thank Katie and Steve for their help in choosing us the carpet. Installation work carried out by Steve and the team is excellent and flawless. The carpet fitters arrived in plenty of time and fitted the lounge carpet and re-fiited the old un-worn section into the bedroom. They were very friendly and got stuck into the task whilst partaking of a couple of cups of tea. The work was done to a very high standard, we are very pleased with the finished result.
