I have been with EE for years. My phone screen died a just over a week ago. Staff member (young lady with blond hair) booked it in. Very helpful and explained everything. Week later collected phone. Problem was what I expected but covered under warranty. Gentleman helped and advised on some questions I had. He also was great. Yet another reason why I like EE. Well done guys and girls

Brilliant! Would never change provider. Jaida at the Andover branch knows her stuff! We upgraded our phones seamlessly and it was thanks to her. I won't ignore the other staff at the Andover branch because they are friendly and very knowledgeable too. Great team!

RIDICULOUS CUSTOMERS SERVICE. 8 hours over the phone and no one can help you.
Keep transferring customers to different departments, from EE to BT, from
Residential to Business team. And if you speak with some agent that they can?t fix your issue, they hang up on you.
I have been an EE/BT customers for over 10 years now, never experienced this kind of customer service.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Aaron and the team were excellent. Great customer service, honest, reliable advice and a friendly professional approach to customer care.I visited on a Saturday afternoon for help with data transfer onto my new phone and SIM only deal with EE. Aaron and his team were incredibly helpful and patient with all the customers who were served during my extended period in the shop, each customer left happy.I was seriously thinking about leaving EE as a long term customer but Aarons honest advice and guidance alongside his friendly approach and knowledge provided the reassurance and trust back into the brand and network.Thank you to Aaron and his team, I hope the branch continues to succeed in the town.I would definitely recommend both the store and the network from my experience dealing with this branch. ?
