The 'Track my Order' indicated it was delivered. I called to check and was advised there's a bug in the app, but it usually means the delivery driver is close. 20 minutes later I called again and was told the delay was because you're lacking drivers. I asked do you know how long it will be? Your response was "should be 5 minutes". It still hasn't arrived and it's 1.5 hours since the order was made. Poor! Edit: It's finally arrived and lukewarm at best.

TERRIBLE was sent different items then ordered waited longer than delivery time only to get wrong order. Wasn?t called in advance about missing items from order if I was I wouldn?t have gone through with the order last time using this unprofessional place. Only offering partial refund

SHOCKING! i?m terribly sorry however the last time i ordered it shocked me. it took over one and a half hours to arrive (it was 00:48 when i ordered on a thursday night so wasn?t even peak times) and when ?dom? the tracker said ?your order has been completed and is ready to be collected? i paid for delivery and decided to call the store and they told to I HAVE TO COLLECT THE DELIVERY!!! i paid for delivery and didn?t even get it. by the time i got home the food was lukewarm. absolutely abysmal

Awful experience. Delivered the wrong food, very rude member of staff argued with me about refunding the delivery cost because I got the right drink! The manager agreed to refund in full but I still only received a partial refund. And I now can?t stop the email spam no matter how many times I unsubscribe.

"Pitiful.
The 'meat feast' pizza has half as much pepperoni as the 'pepperoni pizza,' even though you pay exactly the same for the ingredient.
The delivery was more than an hour and a half late, and the staff had the audacity to reheat a pizza that had been sitting in the driver's trunk for over an hour, completely disregarding food safety. When I protested, they hung up the phone and kept the money. Of course, the manager knew about everything.
Only after a formal complaint to management did I receive my pizza two days later."

Ordered online an hour and a half in advance realised the coupon did not go through. Rang up to see if the order could be cancelled so I could re order to be told the order was already put through and Pizzas in the oven, given it usually takes about 7 minutes to cook Pizzas I found it difficult to believe and the manager was no help sadly

Wow that was a bad experience! Was told to rush to the shop as they were closing - stood waiting and ignored as my pizza was put on the side - 10 mins passed of me just stood there watching the pizza get cold, money in my hand ready to pay and leave, everyone pretending they couldn?t see me - phone falling off the wall in the background - after literally calling at people and them pretending they couldn?t hear me for 2 feet away I gave up and left. I?ve never been to a place where they will literally ignore people to this level - will be sending my comments to regional - this is the worst example of a complete lack of customer service and/ or human decency.

Waited at the till for 5 minutes wanting to order while colleagues were stood around folding cardboard or pretending to not notice me. Had to ask to be served.
One other customer with me, same issue. Only 2 orders on the board. Terrible customer service.

Massively screwed up and order and took 2 hours in the end to get sorted. I called and complained and was told I would get a refund and still absolutely nothing. Have opened a claim with PayPal so will see how that goes.
