The staff in the garden center are good, the selection ok nut pricy. The cafe is terrible, dirty cutlery, grumpy staff and the restaurant has opted out of the kids £1 lunch offer because apparently they don't serve hot lunches... even though I'm sitting here eating a hot jacket potato. Only found this out at checkout when paying.

Great place for plants and garden centre stuff. Also has a range of clothes shops and a large restaurant. Dog and child friendly. Popular for breakfast and lunches. Very accessible, good parking.

This time we went just for coffee although we did browse afterwards. I like that they offer fresh fruit. One of the group is coeliac and had the lovely looking and tasting meringue strawberries and cream. It is a shame that the carrot cake is no longer gluten free and so the selection for coeliacs is limited. It is good to see that they have expanded the dog friendly area and have put decent chairs there. It can be busy on the last day of the month as club plus members use up their free drinks vouchers. I would like to see the restaurant walled off from the indoor plant area to give it a more secluded feel and to make it warmer in Winter, hence the 4 stars. The prices are reasonable though the service can be slow at busy times. I have always found the staff helpful and friendly. There is a good selection of seasonal plants and Halloween items for sale. Parking was easy. There are recycling bays for pots and compost bags outside the exit door and Council recycling facilities at the top end of the car park.

Very pricey usually, I avoid Dobbies usually but actually got some bargains today and even more off by joining the club. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a nice cafe too.

Went to the cafe for some lunch with a friend. The food was good, there was a slight problem with my meal, but was sorted quickly and with no fuss and an apology.
