Where did my prescription go? I have in the past been ok with this chemist. Unfortunately it seems to have gone to poo! Prescription was sent directly by my surgery and normally I get a text to say when it's ready to collect. No text sent and called to ask if it had been received by them. Was told that they got the prescription 2 weeks before, yet no notification was sent to me. I attempted to get my prescription and being made to wait for quite some time, I was informed that part of my prescription had already been collected! I would like to see prove of me collecting said medication! As they are supposed to be taken together what would be the point of only picking up one thing and not the other? I've had to go back to my doctor to request another prescription. I presume that they will be still try and bill the NHS for it though! Obviously I will definitely not be using this chemist again.

Was promised a prescription would be put in the outside locker today. It hasn't been. I've been waiting for this script since I the 12th April so they've had plenty of time. I will now run out over the weekend. Shocking service and will not be using them again.
*The urgent review has not resulted in me getting my script and it's now Wednesday.
*Just called them. No apology given. Hopefully they'll do it in the next half hour.

I am absolutely gutted to hear the news that Poppy is leaving Day Lewis pharmacy. After years of having issues with my prescriptions I started using Day Lewis and Poppy has been amazing and I?ve had no problems since. I am shocked to hear that the owners of the pharmacy are letting such a professional, intelligent young women leave she is a credit to the business and I suspect that things won?t be the same once she leaves. Good staff are hard to find and I would be doing everything possible to get her to stay! Day Lewis?s loss is definitely someone else?s gain!!

Went in to pick up wifes prescription, it was sent last week by gp, and the long bearded man told me ?you couldn't be bothered to come in then?. Found that to be so rude and unnecessary comment. After 10mins of looking at a screen I was told the item was not in stock and was told to use another pharmacy. I asked when it will be I stock if ordered, he said he does not know. How bizarre is that. If the item was not in stock as of last week, surely you could have ordered it. Guess he couldn?t be bothered.

why cant they answer their phone instead of making everyone turn up at the Pharmacy and have a que along the road, and then moan at you because you have turned up with out receiving a text message, they are a wast of time

Not the best pharmacy in andover. Had to fight for the right medication few months ago only to be given the wrong one when collecting the medicine on 28/12/2023.Been ringing them all morning (29/12/2023) and no answer, don't think they know how to use a phone.

Yes this chemist is small and yes they are very busy a lot of the time , but in my experience theyve always been extremely helpful and professional. I think they do an amazing job at serving the community

I was informed that when my prescription was ready I would receive a text. I have never received a text and on many occasions, my medication is never ready.I asked why I never received a text and was bluntly told Head Office texts patients when their prescription is ready. How on earth Head Office would text millions of people every day to inform them that their prescription is ready is beyond me.On contacting Head Office they informed me that this wasn't true!!Why does the pharmacy ask for contact details and then don't bother contacting you?This has to be the worst chemist I have dealt with, they are abrupt, work in a muddle, take ages to find your medication and never answer the phone.
