I recently visited Curry's in Andover and I was in shock by some of the people working there. Absolutely awful customer service from James and a young girl with brown hair. They were rude and unhelpful.Completely not bothered to help or to do anything. I think that better customer service training would definitely help!

Paid extra for an item to be delivered at a certain time and date (was refunded eventually).. delivery driver never came at that time. Called Currys to be told item won't be delivered today ? was told to call them back the next day to arrange another delivery. Then at 15.00 on the delivery day, the driver calls me, he has my dishwasher, totally confused! Not a great service Currys

absolutely amazing service! Im sorry to the worker if I spelt the name wrong but toshka was brilliant helping us buy an electronic he gave us all the necessary information about the product! And was extremely helpful
