It seems my original review was removed. But nothing has changed. The staff look incredibly miserable, not a smile in sight, and it's contagious. There's a gloomy vibe about the place.

Staff were unfriendly from get go. Unhelpful when telling me loudly that I couldn't use my app to pay for order and could only use it to collect points despite having done so on multiple occasions - is this Costa different from every other? Made me feel like a criminal for holding up the queue. Will stick to Nero or Coffee #1 next time.

It's ok, it's a Costa..... Why are they always so dirty inside? Food remains on the tables, chairs & all over the floor, does no-one ever clean during opening hours? Given their prices for a drink & small selection of food you really do expect a bit more really.

I am a regular at Costa coffee high street Andover the lady called Ella is so warm and friendly. Out of all the Costas I have been to she is the first and best staff member that makes me feel welcomed. If the boss is reading this please give her a promotion.from Tammy a regular customer ?
