I popped into this store this evening approximately 5.30 to make a purchase, however on this occasion I didn?t want to use the self scan till.I went to the tills to be greeted by no one.I waited patiently for a staff member to see me. After a few moments a staff member came over and went behind the desk and ignored me. She carried on doing whatever she was doing without any acknowledgment to me or the other customer who had joined me in the queue.I have been to this store a few times and witnessed this before even though there are staff around filling shelves. Very disappointing.I didn?t stay and purchased elsewhere?

Really great Co-op! We really miss the one that was on Charlton Road. SO sad about that and miss those guys terribly!! But grateful for this shop too. They work hard and create a nice surrounding (FOR the most part - sometimes There are some workers in there who just are sloppy and can't be bothered - thankfully they are the 'minority') VERY good selections (VERY expensive to do a 'weeks shop' but!! DECENT and good quality.. and SUCH A saving grace to have so close by.. Good job guys on such a great AND clean friendly store!!

Very convenient, 1 star deducted because the manager shouted at me for going the wrong way even though I was trying to get out of the way for HIM who was coming TOWARDS ME with a huge box of stock he was putting on shelves.. presumably just had a bad day..

Majority of staff very pleasent, would not say the same for management, there is a sour old lady that works here. On more than one occasion she has made my shop a negative experience. The last time she refused to serve me as I was paying by cash, i informed her I had lost my card and she kept demanding I pay by contacless, unfortunately I coudent. She aventully gave in and served me and gave me a lecture about paying by cash adding to the negativity I had already been sucome to. I do not have her name but on my next visit I will be sure to make a note and add to this review.Note to all customers, stay well away from the old misrable women.

Different price advertised to what you get charged at the till (more expensive of course!). Happened more than once now without really and apology or effort to correct the situation. Will stop shopping here as result.
