Wanted to pick up a phone. The only person dealing with phones kept chatting with his friend and decided and simply ignored me while I was waiting. After half an hour, I decided to leave. I visited the store again next morning in the hope of picking up the phone, and I was told that no staff is available at all for the whole day to sell the mobile phones.

I would not recommend Salisbury PC world Salisbury branch the store manager Kevin was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful when I did not want to accept a £100 off voucher as they disposed of my television without even informing me! Then told me I was rude ??? because of this told me to go through Head Office and then hung up on me! When his staff did not follow the correct protocol! Oh then a member of his staff told me I was no longer welcome in his store ??? this was via a telephone conversation!

Ordered an early upgrade. Was told I had 14 days to return it if I wasnâ??t happy. This was also confirmed online. I didnâ??t like the phone so I asked to return it the next day. I was told that they wouldnâ??t do it as itâ??s against their early upgrade policy. I also paid o2 for early upgrade and cw took the money out again. O2 and cw refuse to take responsibility and are blaming each other so Iâ??m £250 down and both companies are ignoring me.
