A very nice coffee. Cold coffee onto ice. I had it one time and just a regular coffee plus espressos. Sometimes stuff under pressure but very very good

The nice little cafe up the road where the owner knows about coffee was closed, so I figured I'd try here, thinking Nero was one of the less bad chains. My drink was something ridiculous like £4.20 and came in a paper cup despite saying I was going to drink it there. Maybe they hadn't washed any cups in a while. The place wasn't that busy but the furniture was arranged so that it felt cramped and awkward to move around. I sat down in among the old cups and plates of people who'd probably been and gone hours ago. The seats by the window had a life of their own, in an unpleasantly literal sense. I went over to the counter and explained that these are called fleas and what they need to do is called cleaning. I don't know how the coffee tasted, I took it with me but poured it on some plants.

Dirty environment unhelpful manager. Cups everywhere. Ran out of cream. Cake selection poor. Walked out without purchasing anything

Amazing staff very nice and knowledgeable in the arts of coffee and lovely environment definitely love to mix it up either going to coffee #1 or here with the only difference being whatever?s closest to me at the timeWheelchair accessibility: May require help with the door however staff I?m sure would be happy to help and door is commonly always open

I come here every other Sunday with my girlfriend, never had a bad experience and I always enjoy the coffee. Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere always. You can't go wrong for prices with the Meekat discount.

The coffee is strong and delicious. My 9 year old girl loves a strawberry frap milkshake. I like a caramel late frap in summer. The atmosphere is pleasant. The cakes and sandwiches are a bit pricy.Vegetarian options: Vegan milk alternatives are available. Some limited vegan cake.Kid-friendliness: My 9 year old enjoys going there. It is not a kids cafe predominantly, but parents do come with push chairs, prams and toddlers.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get a wheelchair in, there are no steps, the entrance is level with the ground. The gang ways inside are narrow, so manoeuvring toward the back is tricky. The toilet is at the back, which is wheelchair acessable

I don?t know about the rest of the stuff but there is a guy with a curly hair being so rude. I ordered iced cappuccino and iced frappe and I get cappuccino with no ice at all and a smoothie frappe wich you had to ?drink? with a spoon.

Very disappointed with the system. I went with my client for a drink and she forgot to ask to transfered her points to her App. So we asked a couple of minutes later to the staff to do it and they said not allowed to put in because has to be in the moment of the payment.
