I bought a house through this company 3 months ago. If I didn't follow them every day, they wouldn't do anything. Communication is a huge problem. It is completely disrespectful that I did not receive an answer to the question I asked for a long time. Employees speak disrespectfully as if they are fed up. Also, after I bought the house, I noticed that there was no key to the door of the shed in my garden and I asked them to ask the old house owner. They never responded to me. because they were done with me. but they lost a potential customer like me. However, I bought that house and renovated it and now I am looking for a tenant. Unfortunately I will never work with them again. My only advice to people doing business with them is to think again.

I had my house valued by Clare Balden. She was extremely friendly and professional and I was impressed by her advice and knowledge of the area . I have also met Molly Scruton when she was delivering leaflets in my area. She was again very friendly and helpful. After meeting both Clare and Molly I would certainly consider instructing Brokenhurst to handle my house sale when I am in a position to move forward.

Brokenhurst handled a probate sale for me on a large house. After providing a realistic and achievable valuation based on the local comps and market activity in real time, a winning offer was on the table within hours of agreeing to work together! It is also worth noting that the team at Brokenhurst successfully navigated an unusual chain ? yet not once did I lose confidence in them getting it over the line despite the complexities faced. They are great.
