Same story as many others. Claim to offer collect+/YODEL parcel drop off and refuse to take parcel as it's "too big". My Parcel was within the dimensions set by the service. Lazy attitude towards helping me and no help at all. Avoid.

Yodel is clearly an inconvenience to you. Always to capacity for parcel drop off. Staff are rude, unapproachable. Zero from me, I avoid this store.

The lady in there was very unhelpful refused to take my parcel I?ve been in there multiple times and they?ve always got an excuse not to help me, very poor customer services on their behalf. Ended up going else were and they was very helpful don?t go here if your looking to drop off parcels

I give up trying to send parcels from this place! I?ve lost count how many times they?ve refused to take my parcels. I spoke to dpd and they said under no circumstances should they be refusing parcels. This isn?t just a recent thing either. Terrible service!!

Common guys, always in the morning there is no place for yodel drop-off parcel ? . It has happened for a 3 times for last month. And always problem with man-cashier.And then afternoon always good with women-cashier. But always I lost my time in the morning!Is it hard to do more space for parcels?

Tried to drop off a Yodel parcel today. Cashier (Amad) showed complete disregard in trying to help. He refused to take the parcel firstly claiming health and safety issue as there was no storage, storage room had plenty of space. Then he claimed there was a daily 20 parcel limit. Even if these points were true, he was genuinely rude and needlessly escalated the situation. Horrible customer service.

So disrespectful I went to top upy electricity and apparently they don't do my bits there when clearly they do as done it before and so rude towards me clear no manners was taught when they was growing up

Guys on the register saw I was having trouble with my hip. When I said I needed to check tyre pressures as well as buying fuel one of them came out and did it for me. Brilliant service.

absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff! first of all i like to say i made a honest mistake and left my wallet in my lorry but had my taco card in my pocket and thought my wallet was in my bag.i showed the employee my driver card from my pocket and he snatched it and said you can have it back when i pay which he is not allowed to do what so as it illegal so i phoned 101 and because he said to(trying to call my bluff). while i was waiting to get through to 101 i got my card back.his co-worker had then said to lock the door and don't let him leave so now we got false imprisonment as well which is also illegal when I had gotten through the lady on the phone asked me to try the door again and to my surprise it was open because he clearly knew he was in the wrong. the officer on the phone told him to take my details and allow me to go to work to get my wallet so he threw a pen at me and some paper and with a right attitude told me to write my details down.this will be reported to bp as you are representing their brand.

I used it the other day and i must of seen at least 3 people enter without wearing a mask for which the shop management didn't bat an eyelid.
