Rude, rude, rude. That's the only theme that has greeted me on the past 3 visits to collect prescriptions and I won't be returning for repeat prescriptions or anything else for that matter.
Between the tall women with the long brown hair who sneers at you and pulls faces of judgement and the young called girl Beth who barks at you like an army sergeant for you to confirm your personal details to her; No please, no thank you......not once. And when I made her aware of it she got defensive and started arguing.
Please save yourself the bother of responding with a phone number sign posting me to your customer service. I've already contacted them and encouraged them to also look at your recent reviews over the past couple of years.There seems to be a common trend appearing. If it carries on like that, you won't have any customers left to serve!

Boots pharmacy is closed on Sundays. So their open for one day for 90% of people. Disgusting and clearly don't care for their customers.

CHECK YOUR DISPENSED MEDICATION
I would give zero stars if I could. I collected my wifes prescribed medicine, or so I thought.
She just went to use it and it?s only someone else?s prescription. Different name, address etc. They ask the first line of the address so its hard to see how this can happen. It?s not the same medication either, it?s completely different. Someone taking the wrong medication could die through negligence like this as people have done if you google it. They didn't seem to care in the slightest when I went back.
I won't be using boots again for anything because of it.

Avoid using the pharmacy here. It?s understaffed and often closed at short notice.

I had a text from the pharmacist at 5:00 on 29/12 to say my prescription is ready and went into Boots on 30/12 only to be told I couldn?t have it even though it had been prepared by the pharmacist and was ready for my collection. The reason given was that the pharmacist wasn?t on the premises! Absolutely disgusting especially given tomorrow is a Sunday followed by bank holiday Monday so no pharmacist until Tuesday.

Always had good service from Boots, shop well laid out, easy to find items, staff very helpful, and located in The Chantry Shopping Centre, easy to access from car parks, other shops convenient, will happily carry on using them ongoing!!

They sell a variety of products, including perfume, medication, nappies, hair products, and dental care, e.g, toothbrush, toothpaste etc, also Christmas presents from different price ranges

Opening hours are wrong - they show Boots the shop, not the pharmacy. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays and it shuts daily for lunch so is also closed 1pm-2:30pm each day.

I missed the memo that made Pharmacist's God.Rude and dismissive pharmacist who thinks he is a God like being. I was refused sale of pain relief for the second time in two months despite GP &111 sending me there for "help&advice".I showed my repeat prescription which wouldn't be ready in time but He was arrogant and cold.Closing my advantage card after 20years of shopping with boots.Superdrug have been a lot more caring and polite.
