My parents and I come here regularly, the customer service, the quality of the food is top class. The atmosphere is always buzzing, the staff always come and say hello, shaking your hand. This is by far the best coffee/restaurant for miles. Finally, a place that not only serves excellent food, but with the best customer service! ??

Ordered an English breakfast , I've never seen scrambled eggs like it before and not sure how they were cooked but were horrible, cheap sausage,undercooked mushrooms ,cheap horrible bacon,the sauces were cheap pkts and taste like vinegar ,probably one of the most overpriced breakfasts I've had for what cheap nasty ingredients you get served

Went today with family members. I ordered the avocado poached eggs on toast. Poached eggs came out very hard and I asked for fresh order . New eggs came out in less than 2 minutes and so undercooked I sent back again and cancelled my order. The manager was apologetic but kept on wanting to explain that if we want eggs cooked a specific way we need to say. ( I only wanted what is a typical poached egg white cooked with a runny yolk.) My son said about the picture on the menu and she again was on the defensive saying the pictures are only for visual purpose and the food doesnt look like them.. I said she didn't need to explain that , I was just not happy with the food I received. My son had a breakfast and was happy with his but his partners eggs benedict were as hard as mine but she ate hers. I won't be going back again.
