This place is an absolute dump it really needs updating. As a business we work in Andover quite a lot and all the workers that have stayed there don?t rate it. It is safe to say that as a company we will not stay there again.

Booked the hotel to attend a wedding this coming August. Was really pleased with myself to have have all the transport from Yorkshire and accommodation booked well in advance. However Best Western appear to have other ideas, I received short email yesterday informing me the accommodation has been cancelled. No warning or explanation given. Given the booking is 5 months away, I find it unbelievable they are unable to honour the booking. I've tried to contact the hotel without any success, it would be nice to understand the reason behind this decision, but mainly to identify the supplier of the crystal ball they are using to see this far into the future.

We stayed for 2 nights and were amazed just how quiet it was, even on a Friday night. Did not see any more than 3 tables in use at breakfast and certainly did not hear people leaving early or ay noise during the night. The room was perfectly adequate and although we did not get housekeeping, reception supplied us with anything we needed. Breakfast was very filling and we were very impressed by the full English.

Decent hotel for the price. £10 breakfast has a good range but not especially fresh or hot.I then returned the following week and they were doing fresh, cooked to order breakfasts - gamechanger! It was steaming hot, beautifully cooked just as I wanted and very filling.

Booked the hotel last July direct with Best Western. Received a very curt email yesterday telling me that my booking for multiple rooms has been cancelled by them. It leaves us trying to find another hotel for 3 nights during a weekend that coincides with a large motor race meeting at nearby Thruxton so everywhere is either booked or mega expensive. The least they could have done was move us to the nearest alternate BW property!

Booked this hotel through Booking.com some time ago as we are attending a wedding in the aea and to day I recieved an email telling me the hotel has cancelled my booking, no reason or apology given. All the other travell arrangements have been made and paid for and now I have to find accomodation at short notice and pay whatever it costs.

Booked 3 months ago via Booking.com, for a family wedding in April. Received an email today telling me the booking has been cancelled, no explanation why. Have used Best Western extensively in USA and can't believe they have let us down like this. Certainly won't use them again anywhere in the world. Appalling service.
