After banking with Barclays since 1973, and opening business accounts in 2007, they refused to open a new business account in 2022 - without offering any reason. Terrible communication and service!

My partner drove all the way from Netheravon to Andover today as the Salisbury branch is closed today just to find a notice saying the Andover branch was closed for staff training. This in itself would not be an issue but the online information said the branch was open (and still does - at 16.15pm). What an absolute waste of time for my partner. The correct times and information online needs to be ensured.

Helpful and professional staff assist and direct you to the right place for self service. This pandemic has really made me realise that I can do lots of things for myself. Spotless clean environment social distance maintained, customers wearing masks hand sanitizers available throughout the whole banking hall.Wheelchair accessible entrance. Blue badge parking spaces outside the hall. I highly recommend everyone to try the self service.

Someone at this branch handed over £4200 in cash to an individual who had stolen my credit card, without even requesting ID. The branch then refused to supply police with useable CCTV footage. I strongly suspect therefore that someone in this branch is involved in organised crime. I have never spoken to a more pedantic, obstructive bank manager (Mr Andrew Green I believe). Bank here at your own risk.
