As seems usual Asda have again overcharged me for an item listed on the shelf as being on offer. I only noticed when I got home. Awful supermarket.

Experienced one of the rudest employees of this store named kirtsy. She was rude, had the nerve to try tell me it was my fault the card reader on the self check out didn't work and them had the audacity to tell me to say please when I asked her to transfer the transaction to a working till. Utterly unprofessional and needs to be reprimanded.

I've tried to make a complaint online but asda apparently doesn't have a online complaint form so I'll have to do it through a review. I need to express a dissatisfaction I've been experiencing for months when coming in the Andover store especially in the evenings. There is a particular member of staff who have a strong odour of BO that follows him and lingers around the aisles and that wears the same uniform that never seems to have been washed. I know this isn't something pleasant to bring up but I can't stand having to come in to do my shopping and deal with such situation where I also avoid aisles he is in or has been. I'm also surprised none of his colleagues have raised any issues with the matter but I'm hoping it can be dealt with.

We came in yesterday to do our usual shop and was served by Heidi, she was absolutely wonderful. Very polite and extremely helpful, could not have asked for better service. Thank you Heidi ?

Went to the café last Friday for breakfast, and the lady working was absolutely wonderful. She was on her own for whatever reason... had a queue of people to serve... and cook breakfast for - which did not take too long at all. We expected to be waiting a while! She was very polite and friendly and took it all in her stride :-)

Click and Collect was shockinginly bad. Took an hour to collect my shopping for what was supposed to be a convenience and paid extra for the convenience. It would have been quicker to do a manual shop.
You need to do something about the people who park in the Click and Collect parking bags and then dissappear off up to the shop to tidy a trolley full of shopping.
If you can't provide the service as your competitors do, then do everyone a favour not bother at all.
The poor lad on his own dealing with this looked quite stressed out and frustrated, I felt sorry for him as it was clearly not his fault.

The shop is big and the staff is amazing .There is a cafe inside Asda and that is very helpful for the staff and the public. Lots of parking spaces

Drove 30 mins from home to collect Click & Collect. First no obvious sign where to login to collect order. A very disgruntled member of staff showed me where to go. After logging order number had to wait almost 10 minutes for items to come. Tried to access hand scanner but screen said none available as not charged. Eventually became available. Went to use toilets, first two filthy with faeces. Rest of area not particularly clean. Going back down travellator not working and very difficult to push heavy trolley down. A very frustrating and disappointing visit.

I give 5 stars to the Asda staff for putting up with customers moaning like IAN on here about replenishing shelfs etc etc How else will you get what you want if the shelfs are not replenished??!! By looking at what reviews I have read NONE OF YOU HAVE WORKED IN RETAIL!! While you were all hiding from covid these staff and many others were on tills serving you ungrateful customers including me!! I have always said if a customer moaned they should do retail service just like when you have to do jury service and see how you felt getting moaned at day in day out!! Also if it wasn't for staff getting up 4am in morning while you moaners who online shop sleep YOU WOULDNT GET YOUR FOOD ETC DELIVERED!! SO STOP MOANING AND APPRECIATE SHOP WORKERS!!

Click & Collect is appalling. Every. Single. Time.
I hate leaving bad reviews but this is a joke, for months we've been trying to use this service and every time we have to wait nearly an hour past our slot time to have it delivered to the car! On top of that you have to check in on the app, after 15/20 minutes of no one coming you ring them and they say they'll come down immediately, after another 15/20 you go upstairs to ask what's up and they finally come down with you. Definitely not a time saver and it just doesn't work.
