Ordered and paid online. Went to counter for online orders. Waited to be noticed, when noticed told I had to go and stand in the queue. Took longer than shopping in store

I am writing to express my disappointment with the rude behaviour of a staff member at the Andover Argos store. I recently purchased a cycle from the store two days ago, and unfortunately, it came with a broken brake. As per the store's policy mentioned on the website, I was entitled to return or exchange the product within 30 days.However, when I visited the store to return or exchange the product, the staff member, who claimed to be the manager, refused to cooperate and was extremely rude to me. Despite explaining the situation, he refused to exchange or return the product, and I was left with no choice but to leave the store empty-handed.I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of the manager and the lack of customer service at the store. I wasted my time and money on a faulty product, and I expected better service from Andover Argos.I hope you will take appropriate action and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Just bought a Humidifier air conditioner. And the size were really smaller then what I expected it wasn?t big enough for the business that I wanna to use it for and I took it back. They said no return i just used like 10 minutes but no return I?ve payed £335. And u expected to get return for something as expensive as that tho ?

I used to really like argos alot but then they shut our large store and put it in the back of sainsburys. It doesn't have half as many products in the back as they used to so then they have to order it and you go back later in the week to collect. And now we were told that they no longer make the catalogues and you have to go online instead which is ridiculous as not everyone has access to the Internet or even a decent signal. Plus I liked looking through the paper catalogue. I still like the company and the products, i just wish they had a better system.

Very helpful staff, great service. I've always come out of there satisfied with my purchase. Staff even let you know before paying if item is in stock or not and which store its available from.

Staff are rude.Trying to return something based on your rights is a nightmare here because they treat you like a liar and a criminal. The products sometimes can be great but I have to say I have had my fair share of disappointments from Argos service and products. More bad than good.

Terrible service. Order a clothes rail, got a text saying itd arrived at the store, only to discover it never turned up. Had to get it delivered to my house, but the gentleman put the wrong order time down and I had to ring up to get this changed after waking up at 7am expecting a delivery. Not impressed, no refund offered. Will not be using argos again, it has seriously gone down hill!

I have used argos for many years , I have never had a problem before , however I have a gift voucher and would like to buy a silver ring. I have been in many times to buy one , but each time I choose one, it is out of stock. I once put six rings on the order form, all out of stock, "would I like a different size". well no. why would I want a ring that does not fit. I have been told the voucher is valid for 3 years. to wait until the new catalogue comes out.

Had to wait 25mins to be served, then both staff started serving others that came in after me! When I complained, I was rudely ignored!
