Great pub located in town centre, pool tables, games machines, huge selection of drinks, many gins at great prices! River side location, beautiful out side space (some under cover and some not) Real family fun pub! Didn?t eat, however menu looked great and will go back to eat soon! Landlord is lovely, friendly, great banter, great local knowledge of the town. Wonderful & friendly barmaid, keep up the fab work and we can?t wait to see you again soon!

Lovely to see a new menu and staff in uniforms. Sadly the service was very poor, unfriendly and kept forgetting orders....#food. The food served was very poor... complete contradiction to how it was explained on the menu. Sad because love supporting local businesses but they seem to need a duty manager as the 'young adults don't seem to have any idea'.

Had an amazing visit to this pub and can highly recommend it. Brilliant staff, our server Connor could not have been better. Polite, friendly and welcoming. Thank you all, will visit again.

We booked the Town Mills for a group barbeque. The landlord Peter put on a superb spread and provided all that we had requested. Staff and management were very attentive. Would thoroughly recommend.

Popped in on the way home from a holiday when looking for a dog friendly pub. Very friendly management, orders were taken very swiftly. Food was fantastic. Loved the decor and the feel of the pub, very homely and lots of history around.

We ate here with parents and the menu and food is excellent. Large choice of food and the quality of it was good for all four of us. We have been here a couple of times now and is one of our picks for a lunchtime out with friends/parents.

Lovely character pub and restaurant with good facilities and a good sized beer garden. Service was quick and efficient and all our needs tended to by friendly staff.
