Good shop, everything you need. Good quality stuff all be it at normal waitrose prices so not the cheapest. At least most of the veg is British instead of coming from Africa or South America.

We popped in this afternoon about 15 mins before closing. Manager Paul Miller was a great help, very knowledgeable and has customer service as a top priority and a fun sense of humour. What a great friendly chap he must be to work with, must be a real asset to Waitrose Alton

Had a lovely coffee in the cafe. I?m currently on crutches and the staff were so friendly and accommodating, not just with me, but with all the people they served. A lovely experience.

Small but has everything you need. Under cover free parking for shoppers, fully wheelchair accessible, staff are super helpful!
