Great store, friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked, clean and tidy, the service is quick and efficient. VERY IMPORTANT FOR HEAD OFFICE. The attached photo of a card handed out by staff April 2024 in order for me to give (positive) feedback does not work. The link is invalid. All Tesco stores are under the impression this card with the QR code enables them to give feedback H. O. will see. It doesn't. I tried telephoning the store involved but the generic phone number just cuts off. My point here, is that feedback is important and Head Office should be able to see it. I hope this matter is addressed.

Pretty good. Gets the job done, although the selection of food is often limited. Got my ID asked for when buying a monster too.

I recently visited your salon in Alton for a haircut and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my experience at your salon.Firstly, when I arrived at the appointment time, the hairdresser was running 30 minutes late already. When he finally arrived, he spent more time checking his phone and chatting with coworkers than paying attention to my needs. This lack of attention to detail was reflected in the final result - a hairstyle that was uneven and did not meet my expectations.Additionally, I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the staff's attitude towards me throughout the appointment. The hairdresser was unprofessional and condescending, and other staff members were talking, texting, and making noise in the background without regard for the clients. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and this was not the case during my visit to your salon.It is unfortunate that I had such a negative experience at your salon. I would have expected a more professional and welcoming atmosphere from a business that caters to the needs of customers. I strongly recommend that you review and improve your staff's training and professionalism to avoid similar negative experiences in the future.5/5Sincerely,Yevnilc Cumberpatch

This shop is awful for meal deals. They never have any sandwiches so you get a choice of like two and they never have any cans monsters. And there cash machine never seems to have any ten pound notes. On the plus side the staff are all nice

Why is the store yet again closed early? 21.15 this time! Myself and fellow neighbours rely heavily on this store and yet again i find myself being refused entry. Faced with a staff member waving me away without so much as an explination! Is this something we should expect from our local Tesco?!
