Not a fan at all. I ordered 2 saddles, a dressage and a jump saddle from Tom at TDS to fit my very hard to fit thoroughbred. I was told he would help me. I sent multiple pictures and a back tracing plus had multiple conversations on the phone and through email with Tom. After receiving the saddles everything was fine for the first month and a half ( we had rain so couldn?t ride very much). My boy started to behave very unlike himself so we brought in a chiropractor and vet and was told bad fitting saddle. I then ordered 2 different gullets to try on him but things only got worse. I then contacted Tom who said that too much time had passed. It had not even been 4 months and with the weather, ordering the gullets, waiting for them to be delivered, trying them both, then discovering that neither of them worked. Yes, that took time. For Tom to not back his product, his company, and his saddle fitting expertise, the cost to buy 2 saddles and ship them from the UK to California, the chiropractic costs, I certainly would not recommend TDS Saddlers

Knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. Tom has been spot on with everything. The saddle is absolutely perfect and the ongoing support is exceptional.
