I have had LVL and brow shape/tint/lamination here a few times now. I?ve had problems with LVL elsewhere as my lashes are difficult but these ladies have done an outstanding job, and even saw me post appointment free of charge when I dropped in for some extra advice. Really recommend them, I had Katie and she?s shaped my usually very asymmetrical and low brows so well that I wouldn?t go anywhere else! Chatty, friendly staff and super comfortable relaxing surrounding. Thank you guys again!!

Been coming to these girls for years and even after moving to London recently I won?t go anywhere else to get my brows, lashes or nails done! Amazing customer service and care, always make everyone feel welcome and such a range of products/treatments you are spoilt for choice. They?ve recently made all the necessary adjustments and precautions so they can continue to treat customers safely during Covid-19, so I thoroughly recommend visiting them to get your post-lock-down beauty therapy!Services: Body waxing

I have just had SPMU brows done by Katy, I am soooooo pleased with them. I have little to no brow hair so I'm not the easiest client to work on, I have had them done previously by other tech's and had been pleased with the results but Katy has taken them to a whole new level!!! They are finally the perfect colour and shape and I actually have tiny hairstrokes?. Katy is such a warm and welcoming person, the salon is beautiful and you are literally treated like a princess. I highly recommend taking a trip the TB for all your SPMU needs. Thank you Katy, I will be a customer for life.

This salon is very popular and for good reason!I highly recomend them and the treatments they offer. I mainly go to them for lashes- LVL, Russian extensions and eyebrows, but they offer many more exciting and innovative treatments which I would also recomend.Their skills and professionalism keep me going back time and time again.The service is also outstanding, they know what their clients want and truly offer a "Taylored" experience. You certainly won't be disappointed and will be well looked after.

An absolutely lovely place to go for the widest variety of perfectly executed treatments, great for a pamper day. Nails, eyebrows, lashes, waxing, tanning, hair extensions etc etc etc.The key thing that sets this place apart from other salons though, is the staff! Lovely salon with lovely staff. I've had eyebrow and liner Tattooing, massage and Lvl lash done at the salon and all treatments have been of the highest standard with amazing results. Can't thank the girls or recommend enough.

Quality of treatments is questionable with last 2 bad eyebrow experiences. Won?t admit liability when they make a mistake. No apologies after making a 67 year old lady cry!(shame on u) Even went so far as to blame the lady for her own bad experience! Well done for sticking together girls ? Customer service clearly not a strong point. At least 5 customers lost.
