I selected salad and sauce on my order, it came with nothing but ham and turkey, bread was doughy and tasteless. Called to advise the order came without salad! Man I spoke to was rude and refused to acknowledge what I was saying! Told them shocking customer service and that I woukd never use them again

One of the worst service experience ever. 2 nights in a row i have gone to this subway 40 mins before closing time, the first time they told me the oven was broken and that they couldn?t serve, even when i told them i didn?t want a sandwich in the oven, the server was then rude and abrupt and slammed the door, locked up and just left. The second night we went it was the same thing except they had no excuse, when i told them it wasn?t fair to close up this early every night when it says it should be open online they both looked very guilty and were extremely rude to me in return. I hope this feeds back to head office because this type of service is unacceptable and to not be open during open hours is just a missed opportunity for money

I visited the Alton branch 3 times in 1 week and every time they were closed or closing up way before they should have. It?s advertised they are open until 9.30pm and by 8pm they have locked up. This branch needs new employees who are committed to staying open until advertised!

It was irritating because I placed an order with one assistant but then the other came to make my order. He didn?t ask about how I wanted it (warmed meat but not warmed wrap and salad). When I raised it with him he said how he?s done this job for 10 years and blamed me for not saying despite him diving in the make the order before me realising he was making the order rather than the original person I spoke to. Just annoying argument ensued. Dreadful customer service that ruined the atmosphere

Ok, it?s Subway not fine dining. But when you have to ask for your ingredients to actually be spread out and get huffed at for not wanting a one-sided sandwich, then it?s just chucked together, barely wrapped and almost thrown at you, it?s not really ok. I could almost understand if they?d been busy but I was literally the only person in there ?

The food is tasteless, been to many subways around the world this was the worst, the sandwich Tika chicken , had no Tika taste ... The Pepsi was just water whit gas it had no taste of Pepsi it had the color ... But disgusting

Great customer service, sandwiches are always top notch.Parking: Can park around the back of Subway - it's paid parking but you can get away with it if you're quick!

Had a salad bowl, but box was about 1/2 full very small portions compared to other subways. Also man putting salad in the rolls was wearing a coat, as he lent across to put salad into the subs his coat was touching the fillings already in the sub. Completely unhygienic.
