My experience at the store from start to end was excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. They all greeted me with smiles and all looked happy. The staff i interacted with are knowledgeable and answered all my questions in deltail. First pair of glasses came on time, but im still waiting on my 2nd pair and its been over 2 week. I think the reason for this is because im changing the lense in an old pair. Definitely 10/10 customer service.

Poppy the optician is so lovely and caring. I had a really sore eye and she was so helpful with the drops she recommended. Lovely people in Alton Specsavers and brilliant service!

This branch offers a really impressive service. Timely, well-organised appointments and a very slick experience start to finish. Staff were also available to help me with my choice of frames without being too "in your face". I am very happy with the care I receive at this Specsavers.
