This is a no frills cafe. All day breakfast , snacks, light lunches, chips occasional specials and hot and cold drinks.Located in the community centre this us an independent business so you do not have to be using any other centre facilities as you are always welcome in the cafe.I am a constant visitor and can say that I have enjoyed my visits.Ideal for today's economy as a coffee / tea start at £1.20. Peter makes a very nice rock cake and charges only 70p

What a pleasure that this cafe has reopened after the pandemic shutdown. The cafe has taken all the necessary steps to socially distance and has also maintained the friendly atmosphere that was there prior to the pandemic. Food is good especially breakfast. Welcome back Peter and Sue you were missed.

This café inside Alton Community Centre provides tea / coffee / hot chocolate / soft drinks to many of the U3A members who attend the varied classes on offer. However, Peter, the owner, provides hot / cold food, e.g. 'All Day Breakfast' at extremely fair prices. The setting itself is pleasant with a nod to Jane Austin, the famous author of the Regency period. Try it
