Went there Sunday late lunch 09/03/2025, myself and my father, the staff were great, food very delicious, wide choice. Staff were friendly, helpful, professional, Charlotte attended our table half the time, as there was a change over of staff (due to time of day) no problems though. Understanding and was told by Charlotte that she was under probation currently, very genuine in her professionalism and service and level of genuine care.

We came to celebrate a 4th birthday after school. The staff were brilliant and made us all feel very welcome. Even when the children were being a little bit unruly.
Charlotte was our waitress and was brilliant, she really looked after us and made us feel at home. We will be back

We celebrated our friends 4th birthday this afternoon, 6 children under 7 and 5 grown ups....not your average cover at 3.30 on a Tuesday!
Charlotte welcomed us and knew that drinks were the priority.....we ordered them whilst choosing our food.
The food came out quickly which is great when feeding children :-)
Highly recommend for a family lunch/dinner.
The Pizza Express rewards app is great for freebies and treats on birthdays too!

Exactly what you expect from Pizza Express, lovely pizza and a pleasant dining experience.
Staff were welcoming and attended to us well, just one issue with the Prosecco not being particularly fizzy on the 1st glass which was resolved quickly.
Recommend downloading the app to get pints and discounts on your meals (although mostly for weekdays) but who doesn?t love a discount!
We visited on a Friday night, it was approx half full with families, couples and groups of friends.
Parking: Best parking spot is the Lady Place car park right next to the restaurant.

This Pizza Express has one of the best chef's I have encountered in these establishments. The whole team is really great and efficient and made me feel really welcome but it was the chef's skill that makes me want to recommend this place to my friends and to come back soon with my family. Absolutely cooked to perfection and presented beautifully, you can tell the pizzaiolo takes pride and care in his artistry. Thank you Chef!
