“Previously with a nearby surgery. Found Mansfield much more responsive, attentive and solution focussed. On one appointment I ran over time and the Dr offered to call me back later to continue the conversation. Issue was resolved and Dr was both caring and empathetic. On another my daughter was seen at very short notice and dealt with very effectively by referring to minor injury unit. We have been with the surgery as a family for 18 months and very happy with expertise and quality of the service.”

“Molly was fantastic at remaining professional and was so very helpful when dealing with the multiple issues that the Cewe Photo Booths presented in our most recent visit to Boots, Alton. These machines are temperamental and can be difficult to work with; a 30 minute job ended up taking an hour and 30 minutes, meaning that the machine was still printing well beyond closing at 5:30pm. Molly was quick on her feet to provide a solution and she went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. We are so grateful for her assistance and patience; thank you.”
