We took our dog Shadow in for his First grooming and were absolutely thrilled by the difference between going in and coming out. I would definitely recommend Kayleigh if you're thinking of getting your pets groomed here. We will be coming back and look forward to our next visit.

Went for the Easter pets experience, the gentleman doing it was very good. But hadn?t realised they were but far fewer types of pets here than other locations so a little disappointing compared to some of the experiences we?ve seen online. Not the locations fault, but a note on this in the booking process would have been helpful. We would have booked elsewhere.

Staff were so lovely and understanding. I have a dog-reactive terrier, who I don?t usually bring into stores for obvious reasons! They made sure to fully check when I asked if there were any other dogs in the store, and said they would let me know if a dog entered and so I could leave.
They were so lovely with my dog, she got lots of cuddles and attention and she even got to pick her own toy which she surprisingly has not destroyed yet!
We were shown a lot of patience when she got over enthusiastic helping herself to toys and all in all it was a really positive experience for us both. We are now proud owners of a rather large squeaky soft toy coffee cup, among other things! ?

Took my sisters dog in this morning who was set to go in at 9 am for a groom . Told he was meant to be there at 8.00 am , when it was booked originally for 8am , My sister was rung two days later and they changed the time to 9.00am . Then told they haven?t got enough time to groom him properly , when asked why it was changed and no record of it the women just throws her hand up . Charlie has been going there since he was a pup but won?t be going back . Such a shame you can get it right

Very friendly members of the team, varieties of different toys and food for pets.
Lots of fish and the cutest guinea pigs are there too.
There is also a groom room upstairs.
There are also feeding sessions for children to join everyday which my little one loves.

I wanted to write a review to recognise Stuart in the Alton branch. I came into the store yesterday with my new puppy Buddy and Stuart could see I was unsure of the correct items for Buddy. He has a wealth of knowledge and was patient and gave me invaluable advice. He is definitely someone that will make me go back to the shop again and highly recommend. Thankyou Stuart

There's a lot of pets at home everywhere but I like this one particularly because of the nice staff. I think it's just a shame that it doesn't have a vet practice there.
