Very expensive compared to the other charity shops in the area. Lots of their own products too not just donations. The most annoying thing though is that their clothes are sorted by colour then within each colour group, no order. So you can?t go to your size section, you just have to either look for your size and see if you like it, or look at the clothes and then check if it?s your size. Simple fix to put them in size order!

Been awful since the pandemic, expensive, dull, and the manager/co-manager always snoops around and looks at what you've got like your stealing. Don't go in, there are better local charity shops. (Also there is still a Christmas tree at that back of the 'fireplace' display... talk about lazy.)

I?m pleased that in these difficult times, that OXFAM will take perfectly good second hand items, which are refused by other charities.Well done!

I volunteer here and it has great items at low prices and a nice, warming atmosphere.

One of the better charity shops in Alton (and there are lots). Not massive but tends to stock more interesting goods. Sells many fair trade goods too, including cards, chocolate, tea and gifts. Big book selection, alphabetically ordered for easy browsing. Worth asking for things if you can't see what you want. Best of all watch out for your next ball gown there!
