Went to get a plug put in a tire 1.5 inches inside from sidewall manager told me it was to close to side wall but could sell me a tire not even same tire so I would have 3 pirelli and one generic what a load of malarkey avoid quik fit folks found tyre pro behind waitrose pleasant staff no drama pick it up tomorrow

I was here on Saturday 2nd March. I witnessed a Supervisor being disgustingly rude to a female customer that was getting a repair to her car after Kwik Fit hadn't completed previous work correctly. If the customer (blonde hair, grey jacket ) see's this I hope you are ok. I am so sorry this happened to you.

SINGLE WOMEN AVOID USING THIS BRANCH!!!If your a single woman think twice about using this branch. My daughter was left in tears after trying for a second time to sort out a problem they had caused the first time round. Contacted their customer care to discuss the issue. When we returned to collect the car that still wasn't repaired my daughter was asked by Blake in a very belittling manner if he had made her cry? We ended up having to call the AA to resolve the problem. Needless to say the AA mechanic was shocked at the situation.
