Didn't take responsibility for their awful customer service, instead going for the "sorry you felt that way" non-apology. Clearly management is as bad as the old customer assistant who spoke about me in third person to literally insult/mock me to the person I was with. Utterly useless.

This shop fills a massive gap in the DIY requirement area the staff are helpfull and prices reasonable there is a large amount of choice I the many areas of DIY.Free parking at the rear of the shop is bonus.
