On one appointment I ran over time and the Dr offered to call me back later to continue the conversation. Issue was resolved and Dr was both caring and empathetic. On another my daughter was seen at very short notice and dealt with very effectively by referring to minor injury unit. We have been with the surgery as a family for 18 months and very happy with expertise and quality of the service.”

Really friendly and helpful staff.The only thing that I would change is the really loud radio music that plays constantly in the reception and waiting room area which makes it sound like a disco. I don't know how the people who work there can stand it but maybe they don't notice it anymore.”
